Secure card payments over the internet with 3D-Secure – For card payments, we offer 3D-Secure, a security solution created by Visa and MasterCard that verifies the identity of the cardholder during card purchases. Identification occurs after you, as a consumer, have filled in your card details. It asks you to fill in a code that only you, the cardholder is familiar with.
Payment – We only accept VISA and MasterCard. We do not take checks. New York State residents - NY sales tax is added for New York State residents on certain products.
Exchanges & returns – We accept all exchanges and returns for a full 30 days. However, please note that any items you send back must be returned in their original condition.
Make things simple with pre-paid returns – To use prepaid return service via UPS, please contact our call center by email at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-574-1486. A prepaid return slip will be emailed to you, and you will need to print it out (letter format). Then contact UPS Customer Service at www.ups.com to arrange pickup of your package at an agreed location. The UPS driver will give you a plastic pocket when they pick up the package. Put the return slip in the pocket and attach it to the package you want to return - please make sure the entire return slip is showing. At this stage, you do not need to pay anything for your return. A return shipping charge of $15 will be deducted from your refund. Remember to retain your delivery note where you will find essential information, including your return parcel number.
Non-UPS returns – If you prefer to return your package by other than UPS it is important that you keep your proof of posting and please send your package to the address above.
NOTE: – Packages may not be returned by COD.
For exchanges - We pay the return shipping for all exchanges – but only if you use the prepaid return slip from UPS. If you were sent the wrong merchandise or your merchandise is otherwise defective, we will pay the return shipping, of course. Please contact Customer Service
