This collection harks back to a time when beautiful motifs like the well-known “tulip rose” were painted in traditional folk art style on furniture in Swedish homes. The word “rose” was used more generally then to refer to various kinds of flowers. We mix a blaze of flowers with a classic check to create a wonderful cacophony of printed, woven and embroidered styles in a variety of choices and combinations.
