Countless feet have trod winding pathways through mountainous regions carrying beautiful TEXTILES in packs. In Asia especially, these would be decorative, embroidered suzanis, popular as bedspreads, covers and wall hangings – passed down through generations, the TRADITIONAL CRAFT of suzani is still practised today. This ancient art form inspired three summer styles for our collection – a dress, tunic and trousers in a light voile weave, perfect for warm sunny days. The digitally-printed designs are vibrant and colourful and the rosy palette with hints of artemisia takes its cue from SUZANI. Mix and match with a jersey top and dress and our Naima pointelle cardigan, created using diverse techniques that give it a romantic feel.
