Here you can register a return for orders covered by our right of return. To make a return, enter the order number and the email address used when placing the order in the form below. Once the order has been found, you can view the order details and choose whether to return the whole order or part of it. Before the return is registered, you will be able to review and confirm your choice. Once the registration is complete, we will send a confirmation to your email address.

 

How to send the goods back

Pack the goods carefully in suitable packaging. You may reuse the packaging in which your order was delivered. Attach the enclosed return label to the outside of the parcel. Cover or remove any old address labels and barcodes. Leave the parcel with the service point stated on the return label and keep the drop-off receipt until the return has been fully processed.
