After her rail trip through Europe, the adventure continues – all the way to New York! Gudrun will be at the New York store to share her ideas and inspiration behind this winter’s designs as we celebrate the launch of the new collection. Come along to hear how she drew on everything from Nordic nature to folklore, and about the colours, patterns and crafts that shape the collection.

Ali of @incredibusy is back to host a visible mending workshop and inspire how to give your textiles a unique look and new lease of life. Bring a pair of socks or knitwear you want to give some TLC. A beautiful and mindful way to minimise textile waste and make your clothes last longer.

Seats are limited and it's first come first served, however everyone is welcome to enjoy the creative vibe, watch and be inspired.

Do join us for a creative afternoon of crafting folk art mobiles, guided by our brand ambassador Alison Aune. Alison is a professor of art education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and has been a Gudrun Sjödén ambassador for more than 15 years. She is an award-winning artist whose mixed-media artwork combines traditional Nordic folk art and symbolic decorative designs.
We will be handcrafting traditional Swedish mobiles from 1 pm to 4 pm, with complimentary drinks and nibbles provided. You will also have time to browse for beautiful bargains in our outlet.
