91% cotton/9% wool. 70% of the cotton is certified organic and 30% is recycled. The recycled cotton is certified and is sourced from textile industry by-products that have been respun into new fibres. The dyeing process is certified. Vegetable dyes are used on one of the yarns and the process is certified as compliant with environmental standards. Do not soak. Avoid exposure to strong sunlight which causes plant-dyed textiles to fade more easily. Dry and store in a dark place. The wool is non-mulesed. Even the finest of wool fabrics may show some pilling after repeated wear. Carefully remove any pilling by hand. We recommend airing the garment outdoors or steaming with an iron. If absolutely necessary, hand wash at 30° or machine wash on the wool cycle. Use a detergent specifically for wool. Wash separately using a pH-neutral washing detergent without any bleaching agent. Avoid soaking. Reshape the garment while damp and dry flat. Store horizontally. 4-5% shrinkage. Made in Dongguan, China.
