A collage of soft furnishings from Gudrun Sjödén’s Autumn 2026 Home collection: a kitchen with a patterned tablecloth, a loft with a wicker armchair, a pea green tablecloth in a pottery studio, a floral bedspread, a table set with linen textiles, and a lime-rendered house and a line of washing on Gotland. Two “Garden” chair pads, one pea green and one sandstone, are superimposed on the collage.

We have styled our Autumn Home collection inside three completely different, beautifully personal spaces. Gudrun’s flat in the city is filled with patterns and layers of colour. The walls are painted with glaze, the floors are softened with rugs and the rooms are enlivened with cushions, tablecloths and vibrant textile décor. There are also very many treasured memories from her travels. Everything feels in complete harmony at this cottage on Gotland, surrounded by the natural world. The interior, from walls to floors, is grounded in a palette of natural tones. It provides the perfect setting for our natural linen soft furnishings. Inside the old pottery studio, we are met with a sense of tranquillity and stillness. Weathered furniture, grey-painted doors and worn floorboards provide the backdrop for our curated selection of homeware in soft greens and natural hues.

A loft with light wood panelling and Georgian windows. The floral mats on the floor and the red, orange and green cushions and throws on the sofa are from Gudrun Sjödén.

Country cottage
On the island of Gotland, the light is soft and silvery and the walls are lime-rendered. Here we unpack linen-blend checks and stripes with selvedge details, in chilli, mild indigo and natural tones.

Five watercolour sketches by Gudrun Sjödén of blue, pink, orange and purple mats, connected by a red dotted line between two drawing pins.

From brushstrokes to rugs
This autumn’s rug collection began life as watercolours, painted by Gudrun with fluid brushstrokes on textured paper. The sketches were sent to Panipat in India and interpreted by Mr. Whardman, who has been weaving our rugs and mats for many years. They are handwoven on traditional looms using the dyed yarns already in stock, and the design is then embroidered onto the surface. Because they feature a rich palette of colours, variations naturally occur and every mat is unique. If there is no room on the floor, they can be beautifully displayed on a wall.
