The traditional art form of using hot liquid WAX to hand-draw intricate designs on fabric originated in Indonesia many centuries ago and the motifs and patterns hold SYMBOLIC meaning. We have interpreted the remarkable technique of batik in our own way using a geometric block-print design framed by a border of blossoms. A collection of lovely layering pieces for dressing up or down and for styling with our elegant square scarf. The colour palette is inspired by the typical RICH reddish brown shades of Indonesia’s soils mixed with a soft shade of celadon.
