Shopping with us is simple!​
HOME DELIVERY – Parcels are delivered without any physical contact and are left securely and safely outside your door.
FREE DELIVERY - Your order is delivered to your UPS access point without any added costs.
RETURN POLICY - You have 30 days to make up your mind, so you can try your clothes on in peace & quiet at home.
PAYMENT - We only accept payment by VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. We do not accept cheques. 

Note that a £5 service fee is added for orders under £40.

Paying with PayPal - On the Payment page, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's web site to confirm the financial details of the transaction. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will return to www.gudrunsjoden.com. Orders placed using PayPal will be debited immediately. 

PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a secure online payment. It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS – We accept all exchanges and returns for a full 30 days. The right to return is exercised by returning the goods. In the case of returns, a deduction may be made depending on the condition of the goods. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the return freight.

Returns for Exchange  If you are returning items for an exchange, then you can return them using UPS using the pre-paid label enclosed with your order and there is no charge to return them.  Alternatively, you can return using Royal Mail or another method at your own cost.

Returns for Refund  If you are returning items for refund, then you can return them using Royal Mail or another method at your own cost and a full refund for the item is given.  Alternatively, you can return using UPS but there is a £10 charge for using this service which will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose another item to exchange for then we will either refund the difference if it is of a lesser value or take the extra amount from the original payment method if it is of a higher value (please note if you used PayPal in the first instance, we will need to contact you to arrange the extra payment).

Returning Via UPS – Attach the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your UPS access point or book for it to be collected by calling UPS Customer Services on 03457 877 877. UPS will pick up your parcel at a location agreed with you. Remember to always retain your delivery note, where you will find all the essential information, including your return parcel number.

Returning via another method – You cannot use the UPS pre-paid return label and it is up to you to pay the return postage direct. You may not return your parcel using COD. Remember that it is you, the customer, who is responsible for ensuring that your returns reach us, so please remember to keep your proof of posting when you are returning items.

COMPLAINTS – You have the right to make a complaint about a garment within 3 years, provided that it concerns a manufacturing error. It is therefore important that you make your complaint within reasonable time. We will refund the cost of return postage in the event of an approved complaint.

PRICES – Our prices include Swedish VAT and are valid until the next collection comes out. The minimum order value for free access point delivery is £40. For orders below £ 40 an additional service fee of £5 will apply.These prices are valid for purchases made in the United Kingdom. For orders and delivery outside the UK please contact our customer service department and we will help you. Any special offers are always limited. Unfortunately we cannot change orders that have been placed before an offer begins. This applies even if your order is delivered during the time an offer is running. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that details are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any pricing or printing errors. Some banks may charge a transaction fee for international purchases.

DELIVERY TIMES – Normally delivery takes about 3-7 working days (after we have packaged your parcel) – providing we have the items in stock. Parcels are sent from our warehouse in Sweden. Sometimes certain lines are even more popular than we anticipated and stocks run out. These items are then wait-listed and sent to you automatically as soon as they are back in stock. Of course you have the right to cancel your order if delivery is delayed. Your parcel will be delivered by UPS to your access point for free or direct to your door for £3. UPS does not deliver to P O Boxes. It is important that you give us your mobile telephone number so that UPS can contact you before delivering to your UPS access point or your door. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered by UPS Express. This takes 2-3 working days (after we have packaged your parcel) and costs £7 to the UPS access point or £10to your door.

PACKAGING – Our footwear are packed in organic cotton fabric bags that can be used over and over again. We pack our clothes in colourful plastic bags composed entirely of recycled and bio-based materials. Our ceramic mugs and other fragile items are packed securely in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect them and ensure their safe transport to you.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT – Please report any visible damage directly to UPS.

THE GUDRUN SJÖDÉN CLUB – It´s completely free! Sign up through mail order by ticking the box on your order or ask our in-store staff who will be happy to help. Limited to one club membership per customer. Please note that bonus points can only be awarded on purchases made in the country in which you are registered as a customer. Club prices and club offers apply regardless of the country or Gudrun store you are visiting. Present your club card at the counter. When shopping online or via postal order your bonus will be registered automatically via your customer number. You will collect bonus points during the calendar year and your reward will be sent out to you in the first quarter of the following year in the form of a bonus gift voucher. Bonuses are credited over the course of a calendar year and bonus cheques are sent out during the first quarter of the following year. If you spend £400-799 a year, you will receive a bonus gift voucher worth £25. If you spend £800 or more you will receive a bonus gift voucher to the value of £55.

COLOURS  There is no possibility for Gudrun Sjödén Sverige AB to guarantee accurate reproduction of the colours of the clothes. This depends on your computer and how you set it up.
