Free shipping over HK$750 – orders over HK$750 are delivered free of charge. A shipping charge of HK$65 applies for orders below HK$750. For home delivery or express shipping, other shipping fees may apply. Applicable shipping options and costs are always displayed at checkout for you to see before you complete your purchase.
Free delivery – your order is delivered by UPS without any added costs for delivery.
Return policy – You have 30 days to make your mind up, so you can try your clothes on in peace & quiet at home.

Your purchase with us is in compliance with the Cap. 26 Sales of Goods Ordinance in Hong Kong.
 

Payment

We accept payments by Master Card, China Union Pay (CUP), JCB, AliPay and WeChat Pay (only desktop computers). The value of a bonus voucher is applied proportionally across all items in your purchase order, based on item price.
 

Returns

We accept returns for a full 30 days. The right to return is exercised by returning the goods. In the case of returns, a deduction may be made depending on the condition of the goods. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the cost of the return freight. Remember that it is you, the customer, who is responsible for ensuring that your returns reach us. So remember to keep your proof of postage when you are returning items. You may not return your parcel using COD.

To ensure our service is as fast and efficient as possible, we no longer offer product exchanges. If you require an alternative size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Naturally, we will pay the return postage charges in the event of a delivery error or other fault. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Usually, it can take up to 2 weeks from receipt of your package for us to process your refund. Irrespective of the payment method, the refund will not cost you anything.

Bonus vouchers used to purchase items are non-refundable upon the return of an order, in whole or in part. The value of a bonus voucher is applied proportionally across all items in your purchase order, based on item price.

Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about a garment within 3 years, provided that it concerns a manufacturing error. It is therefore important that you make your complaint within reasonable time. We will refund the cost of return postage in the event of an approved complaint.
 

Prices

Prices are shown in HK$ and include customs duties. Swedish sales tax has been deducted. The minimum order value for free delivery is HK$750. Any order less than HK$750 will entail an additional service fee of HK$65. Any special offers are always limited. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have been placed before an offer begins. This applies even if your order is delivered during the time an offer is running. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that details are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any pricing or printing errors.
 

Delivery times

Normally approx. 4-7 business days, provided that the item is in stock. If an item is sold out and back-ordered, it will automatically be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock. This can sometimes take a bit of time, because we try not to overproduce. We also prioritise transportation methods such as shipping by sea over air. Of course, if a delayed delivery is significant for you, you have the right to cancel your purchase. Enter your phone number to receive parcel notifications via text message.
 

Packaging

Our footwear are packed in organic cotton fabric bags that can be used over and over again. We pack our clothes in colourful plastic bags composed entirely of recycled and bio-based materials. Our ceramic mugs and other fragile items are packed securely in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect them and ensure their safe transport to you.
 

Damage in transit

Please report any visible damage directly to the carrier.
