Gudrun Sjödén Club membership
Gudrun Sjödén Club is a free membership scheme that lets you collect points and gives you access to special discounts, personalised offers and other benefits. When you become a member, we process your personal data for the purpose of offering you all the benefits of membership. Please see our Privacy notice for further details of how we process your personal information. Before you become a member, please read these membership terms and conditions and our Privacy notice so that you know what you are choosing to become a member of and what it entails.
As a member of our club, you will receive direct marketing, information with offers, benefits and information via newsletters and text messages, unless you choose to opt out. You can receive personalised offers, such as relevant product recommendations or similar content, based on your interests and purchase history via mailings and in digital channels. The purpose of this is to create added value for you as a member so that you receive offers and information about goods and services that you may be interested in. This makes our message and communication to you more relevant. As a member of our club, you will receive invitations to our events and, occasionally, carefully selected offers from partners.
Your membership applies in all Gudrun Sjödén stores and on our website gudrunsjoden.com. You can join the Gudrun Sjödén Club in any of our stores and at gudrunsjoden.se. Your membership is unique to you and is non-transferable. Membership is available to private individuals over 16 years of age. When you sign up to become a member, you register your mobile phone number and/or email address. By providing your customer number, email address or phone number when shopping in our stores, your purchase will be registered as a member purchase. Purchases you make when shopping online at gudrunsjoden.com will be registered as member purchases if you are logged in. If you wish to change your address, please contact our customer service team or sign in to My Account. 
Login details for My Account
When you become a member, login details for My Account will be created. This enables you to manage your membership quickly and easily, e.g. edit details, view your current points balance, bonus vouchers, etc. You will also be able to view and follow your current and past online orders. You should log in when purchasing online to ensure that your points are registered and you receive the correct membership benefits. Username is the email address that you provided when you signed up for membership. You create your own password.
This is how our bonus system works
As a member, you receive points for all your purchases at Gudrun Sjödén with a 4% cashback. In order to receive the points, you must be logged in when shopping online or provide your details when shopping in our stores. You will not receive points for purchases that you pay for with a gift card or bonus voucher. A bonus payment is made twice a year and is digitally linked to your membership. You can use it on one occasion when shopping in a store or online in the country where you registered your membership. You will be sent information about your bonus payment via email. When you have collected 2,500 points, you will receive a bonus payment. (You get 1 point for every krona you spend). The bonus points you have collected over the past 12 months provide the basis for bonus vouchers. A bonus payment cannot be converted into cash, either in whole or in part. The voucher is valid for 6 months and for single use only. The bonus voucher will not be refunded if returned. You can log into My Account to view your current points balance and the validity period for your current bonus payment. 
Membership levels
There are two membership levels: Member and Gold Member. Gold membership is when you reach 10,000 points in a 12-month period. You retain your membership status for 12 months. The different levels offer different benefits and discounts. Members are informed of these via email and on My Account at gudrunsjoden.com.
Validity and termination of membership
Your Gudrun Sjödén Club membership is valid until further notice. You are entitled to terminate your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service via gudrunsjoden.com/en-hk/customer-service. If no membership purchase has been registered for 10 years, your membership will automatically be cancelled and your data and any accumulated points will be deleted, unless you contact us to request continued membership. Gudrun Sjödén Club has the right to terminate membership if there is suspected misuse of membership.
Changes to the terms and conditions
Gudrun Sjödén has the right to change its membership terms and conditions and to transfer the membership agreement to another membership issuer. We will inform you of changes on our website and by email. The latest version of the membership terms and conditions is always available on our website.
