From mail order to store
Already in the 1980s, Gudrun Sjödén’s colorful designs awakened interest in Germany, and in 1981, mail order sales to the country began. That made Germany the first country outside of the Nordic region to have access to Gudrun garments. A few years later, the first store opened up in Nuremberg, a city that has had a special place in our hearts ever since.
