Paying with PayPal
On the Payment page, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's web site to confirm the financial details of the transaction. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will return to www.gudrunsjoden.com
PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a secure online payment. It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place.
Exchanges & returns – We accept all exchanges and returns for a full 30 days. However, please note that any items you send back must be returned in their original condition.
Pre-paid returns – To use prepaid return service via UPS – Attach the return label to your parcel and contact UPS Customer Service at www.ups.com to arrange pickup of your package at an agreed location. At this stage, you do not need to pay anything for your return. A return shipping charge of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Remember to retain your delivery note where you will find essential information, including your return parcel number.
Non-UPS returns – If you prefer to return your package by other than UPS it is important that you keep your proof of posting and please send your package to the address below:

For exchanges – We pay the return shipping for all exchanges – but only if you use the prepaid return slip from UPS. If you were sent the wrong merchandise or your merchandise is otherwise defective, we will pay the return shipping, of course. Please contact Customer Service

Prices – Prices are shown in USD and include customs duties. Swedish VAT has been deducted. Local sales tax is applied according to the shipping address and state your order is being delivered to. All online purchases are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by applicable law. Prices are valid until the next collection comes out. The minimum order value for free delivery is 50 USD. Any order less than 50 USD will entail an additional service fee of 9 USD. Any special offers are always limited. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have been placed before an offer begins. This applies even if your order is delivered during the time an offer is running. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that details are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any pricing or printing errors. Some banks may charge a transaction fee for international purchases.
Delivery times – Standard delivery is free and takes about 4-6 business days – providing we have the items in stock. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days and costs $12. Parcels are sent from our warehouse in Sweden. Sometimes certain lines are even more popular than we anticipated and stocks run out. These items are then wait-listed and sent to you automatically as soon as they are back in stock. Of course you have the right to cancel your order if delivery is delayed. Your parcel will be delivered direct to your door by UPS. It is important that you give us your telephone number so that UPS can contact you before delivering. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Packaging – our shoes are packed in organic cotton fabric bags that can be reused over and over again. We pack garments in colorful plastic bags that are only made of bio-based and recycled materials. When we pack our more fragile items – such as ceramic mugs – we use durable cardboard boxes to make sure they reach you in good condition.
Damage in transit – please report any visible damage directly to UPS.
The Gudrun Sjödén club – The Gudrun Sjödén Club – the customer club that gives you bonus points on all your purchases. As a member you can also enjoy special club offers and events. And you can join the club at any time. Club prices and club offers apply regardless of the country/Gudrun store you are visiting. When you shop your bonus points will be registered automatically via your customer number. You will collect bonus points during the calendar year and your bonus check will be sent out to you in the first quarter of the following year. If you spend US$750- US$1499 a year, you will receive a bonus gift voucher worth US$50. If you spend US$1500 or more, you will become a Gold member and receive a bonus gift voucher to the value of US$100.
Complaints – you have the right to make a complaint about a garment within 3 years, provided that it concerns a manufacturing error. It is therefore important that you make your complaint within reasonable time. We will refund the cost of return postage in the event of an approved complaint.
Colors - It is not possible for Gudrun Sjödén Sverige AB to guarantee that the colors of the clothing are reproduced completely accurately. This depends on your computer and its settings.
