Free shipping over $75 – Orders over $75 are delivered free of charge directly to your home. A shipping charge of $9 applies for orders below $75. Applicable shipping options and costs are always displayed at checkout for you to see before you complete your purchase.
Return policy – You have 30 days to make your mind up, so you can try your clothes on in peace & quiet at home!
Secure card payment – For card payments, we offer 3D-Secure, a security solution created by Visa and MasterCard that verifies the identity of the cardholder during card purchases. Identification occurs after you, as a consumer, have filled in your card details. It asks you to fill in a code that only you, the cardholder is familiar with.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not take checks.

If you use a bonus point voucher, the value is allocated proportionally among the items in your order, based on the price of each item.
 

Sales Tax

Local sales tax is applied according to the shipping address and state your order is being delivered to. All online purchases are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by applicable law.
 

Secure card payments with 3D-Secure

It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place.
 

Paying with Apple Pay

We accept payment by Apple Pay on your Mac or Apple device. After you've made sure that your order details are correct, choose Apple Pay as your payment method in the checkout and complete your order with touch ID or by entering your passcode.
 

Exchanges & returns

We accept exchanges and returns for a full 30 days. However, please note that any items you send back must be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges are free of charge. When making an exchange, you may only exchange the item you originally ordered for the same item in a different size or color. If you want a different item, you must place a new order.

Bonus point vouchers used to make a purchase are not refunded in the event of a return, whether all or part of the order is returned. If you use a bonus point voucher, the value is allocated proportionally among the items in your order, based on the price of each item.
 

Pre-paid returns

To use prepaid return service via FedEx – Attach the return label to your parcel and contact FedEx Customer Service at www.fedex.com to arrange pickup of your package at an agreed location. At this stage, you do not need to pay anything for your return. A return shipping charge of $7 will be deducted from your refund. Remember to retain your delivery note where you will find essential information, including your return parcel number.
 

Non-FedEx returns

If you prefer to return your package by other than FedEx it is important that you keep your proof of posting and please send your package to the address below:

Prices

Prices are shown in USD and include customs duties. Swedish VAT has been deducted. Local sales tax is applied according to the shipping address and state your order is being delivered to. All online purchases are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by applicable law. Prices are valid until the next collection comes out. The minimum order value for free delivery is 75 USD. Any order less than 75 USD will entail an additional service fee of 9 USD. Any special offers are always limited. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have been placed before an offer begins. This applies even if your order is delivered during the time an offer is running. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that details are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any pricing or printing errors. Some banks may charge a transaction fee for international purchases.
 

Delivery times

Normally approx. 4-6 business days, provided that the item is in stock. If an item is sold out and back-ordered, it will automatically be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock. This can sometimes take a bit of time, because we try not to overproduce. We also prioritise transportation methods such as shipping by sea over air. Of course, if a delayed delivery is significant for you, you have the right to cancel your purchase. Enter your phone number to receive parcel notifications via text message. Your parcel will be delivered direct to your door by UPS. It is important that you give us your telephone number so that UPS can contact you before delivering. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
 

Packaging

Our shoes are packed in organic cotton fabric bags that can be reused over and over again. We pack garments in colorful plastic bags that are only made of bio-based and recycled materials. When we pack our more fragile items – such as ceramic mugs – we use durable cardboard boxes to make sure they reach you in good condition.
 

Damage in transit

Please report any visible damage directly to FedEx.

Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about a garment within 3 years, provided that it concerns a manufacturing error. It is therefore important that you make your complaint within reasonable time. We will refund the cost of return postage in the event of an approved complaint.
 

Colors

It is not possible for Gudrun Sjödén Sverige AB to guarantee that the colors of the clothing are reproduced completely accurately. This depends on your computer and its settings.
