Tiny crisscrossing lines create fascinating effects. The embroidery in this collection is reminiscent of a shimmering tarn, so when it was time for the photo shoot, we headed to the tarn by beautiful Ullungsfors in the heart of Hälsingland, linen country. Beautiful and bewitching!

Mother Earth – textile minerals and exquisite details
Inspired by the layers of the earth, we designed a group of woven garments in organic cotton/linen with tiny embroidered stitches, shimmering like a tarn. It called to mind the tarn by lovely Ullungsfors in Hälsingland, the heart of linen country. The tradition of growing flax in Hälsingland can be traced far back in time, and from the 1600s, those linen threads became interwoven with enormous profits as linen and damask fabrics were exported out into Europe. This is how prosperity and the big farms were built.
