On Saturday, October 3*, we’re celebrating the collection premiere together in our stores! Come by and discover the new arrivals, try on your favorites and meet other colorful women. We’ll be serving refreshments, and everyone who makes a purchase gets a fabric tote bag! We hope to see you there!

Gudrun’s journey continues

After traveling by train through Europe, Gudrun is taking her journey a little farther – all the way to New York! To celebrate the launch of the new winter collection, Gudrun will be in store to share the stories and inspiration behind it. From Nordic nature and folklore to the colors, patterns and craftsmanship that shaped her designs.

MINNEAPOLIS
Gudrun is coming to Minneapolis!

Gudrun’s journey continues – and this time, she’ll be making a unique stop at our Outlet! Come along to meet Gudrun and explore ‘Bloom’, our latest collection with colourful hand-block prints and beautiful artisan details. Hope to see you there!

Winter celebration with @incredibusy
WHEN: Saturday, October 3. We’re celebrating all day. Workshop in visible mending at 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
WHERE: our store in London, 65–67 Monmouth Street
Come by on Saturday, October 3 as we celebrate the premiere of our new winter collection with a creative day in the store. Ali from @incredibusy is back with a workshop in visible mending – she’ll be showing us how to mend textiles while giving them a personalized touch. So bring a pair of socks or a knit garment that needs a little extra care. It’s a creative way to use what you already have and help your clothing last longer! Come by, be inspired by craftsmanship and discover our new winter collection.
Seats at the workshop are limited and it’s first come, first served. But everyone is welcome to watch, be inspired and enjoy the creative vibe in the store.

Swedish Takkronor Craft Event
WHEN: Saturday, September 26, from 1 to 4 pm
WHERE: Outletbutiken i Minneapolis, 5310 W 23rd St, St Louis Park.
Join us on Saturday, September 26th, for an afternoon of crafting Swedish Takkronor with our lovely ambassador Alison Aune. Alison is a Professor of Art Education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and has been a Gudrun Sjödén ambassador for over 15 years. An award-winning artist, her mixed media work blends Nordic folk art traditions with symbolic and decorative design.
From 1 to 4 pm CST, we’ll be crafting Swedish Takkronor (ceiling crowns) while enjoying snacks, beverages, and time to browse our outlet.
