Membership in the Gudrun Sjödén Club
The Gudrun Sjödén Club is a free membership program in which members collect points and get discounts, personalized offers, and other benefits. When you are a member, we process your personal data so that we can offer you all the benefits of membership. You can read more about how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy. Read through these membership terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy before becoming a member, so that you understand the membership you are choosing and what it entails.
When you choose to become a member with us, you will receive direct marketing, information with offers, benefits and information in newsletters and text messages, unless you have opted out of receiving them. As a member, you can receive personalized offers, such as relevant product recommendations or similar, based on your interests and purchasing history, via mail, email, and in digital channels. The purpose of this is to create added value for you as a member, so that you receive offers and information about goods and services that may be of interest to you. This will make our message and communication to you more relevant. As a member, you can also receive invitations to our events, and occasionally also carefully selected offers from partners.
Membership is valid in all Gudrun Sjödén stores and at gudrunsjoden.com. You can become a member of the Gudrun Sjödén Club in all stores and at gudrunsjoden.com. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred to anyone else. To become a member, you must be a private individual and at least 16 years of age. When you become a member, you register your cell phone number and/or email address. When shopping in a store, your purchase is registered as a member purchase by providing your customer number, email address, or cell phone number. When shopping at gudrunsjoden.com, your purchase is registered as a member purchase by being logged in. If you want to change your address, please contact our customer service or log in to my pages.

Login information for My Pages
When you become a member, login information is created for My Pages. The purpose is for you to be able to administer your membership quickly and easily, for example, to change your information and see your current points balance and bonus checks. You will also be able to see and follow your current and previous online purchases with us. By being logged in when making a purchase online, you also ensure that your points are registered and that you receive the proper membership benefits. Your user name is the email address that you provided when registering as a member. You create your own password as a member.

How our bonus points work
As a member, you receive points on all your purchases from Gudrun Sjödén with a bonus of 4%. This applies provided that you have identified yourself/logged in, so that the purchase is registered as a member purchase. Purchases of gift cards or purchases paid for using a bonus check are not eligible for bonus points. Bonus point payments are issued twice per year, are loaded digitally to your membership, and can be used for one purchase occasion in a store or online in the country in which your membership is registered. As a member, you receive information about your bonus point payment via email. To receive a bonus point payment, you must have reached 2,500 points. (You earn 1 point per krona spent.) Bonus checks are based on the bonus points you have collected in the past 12 months. A bonus point payment may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part, and the entire check must be used on a single purchase occasion and within 6 months. The bonus check is not refunded with a return. You can find your current points balance and the period of validity for your current bonus point payment by logging in to My Pages.

Membership levels
There are two membership levels: Member and Gold Member. You become a Gold Member when your points exceed 10,000 in a 12-month period. You keep your membership status for 12 months. There are different benefits and discounts at the different levels and these are communicated via email and on my pages at gudrunsjoden.com.

Membership validity and termination
Your membership in the Gudrun Sjödén Club is valid indefinitely and you may cancel membership at any time by contacting customer service via gudrunsjoden.com/en-us/customer-service. If you have not registered a member purchase in 10 years, your membership will be canceled automatically, your personal data will be erased, and any remaining points will be erased, if you do not contact us and request to remain a member. The Gudrun Sjödén Club has the right to terminate a membership if there is a suspicion that the membership is being misused.

Changes to the terms and conditions
Gudrun Sjödén has the right to change the membership terms and conditions and to transfer the membership agreement to another membership issuer. We will notify you of changes on our website and via email. The latest version of the membership terms and conditions is always available on our website.
