Working with unbleached and undyed materials was the idea behind this collection. Linen, wool and cotton, sometimes with seed hulls left in the yarn. We add in red – as found in classic folklore – and dress in layers. Soft materials in melange-colored or rib-knit jersey are a wonderful base layer, paired with a windproof anorak, pants and a backpack. The cozy jacquard-knit sweater is perfect as a mid-layer. The wool socks with lovely hand-embroidery will keep you wonderfully warm. Pair them with embroidered hand-knit mittens and a hat, and finish with a beautifully crafted, block-printed scarf.
