Our designer Elvira found inspiration from Canadian culture and nature – as portrayed in her favorite book, Anne of Green Gables. The descriptions of the forest and landscape remind her of her childhood in the archipelago. The feeling of standing before a stormy sea, the wind in her face, the waves crashing against the shore permeates her designs. These garments are a tribute to the ocean’s rocky landscape, where lighthouses guide sailors and fishermen to safety, and the power of nature is ever present. These warm and functional garments for layering are beautiful and protective from the icy north wind.
