Our designer Johanna was inspired by the majestic nature of Alaska – from the peaceful snow to the dark winter sky and the sparkle of gold. She was also inspired by dreams of celebrations, warmth and blossoming summer meadows. The starting point is the history of the Scandinavians who came to Alaska in search of happiness and the dream of finding gold. That feeling of hope can be sensed in every thread of this collection – a dream of gold, of flowers in the middle of the snow, and of moments that simply sparkle. It is a tribute to nature’s poetry, the quiet strength of community, and hand-embroidered memories passed down through generations.

Dreams of Alaska
We set off for the beautiful Alaskan wilderness. We walk in the footsteps of our ancestors, who emigrated in search of happiness. In the wilderness we find our own gold – inspiration for patterns and colors from forget-me-nots, fireweed and wild roses. An echo from the past awakens the feel of tailored styles, richly decorated with beautiful prints and embroidery, in materials like dobby, warm velour and soft lyocell jersey. The Glimra dress is the star of the holiday season – decorated with glittering stripes and little sequins. Add the festive, hand-embroidered wool bag to finish the look!
